We provide free telephone support to anyone in need. We do this because we realise that anyone with a desperate need but not a big enough problem to warrant a callout (where we'd only end up charging for an hour or so) will probably call us out or recommend us one day if there IS a major problem that needs a callout.

If you have a problem which is fairly straight forward for us to solve on the telephone, and if you are in or near the London area, call us and we will solve it for you if we can. Obviously we cannot guarantee that we can fix it over the phone, nor can we guarantee that we wont have to visit you to fix it (at our hourly rate), but we will try if it is an easy problem to solve it, for free, on the telephone.
