How quotes are prepared
Every project starts with a conversation about what the system actually needs to do. From there we'll give you either a fixed price for the whole build, or an estimate billed at our standard £95/hour + VAT, whichever gives you the more predictable number for a project that size. Ongoing hosting and support costs are separate and set out up front, not hidden in the build quote.
